Was looking around for a good location for storage. Saw Cedar Ridge on Google maps and thought I’d check it out before looking at other storage locations in the Glenpool/ Bixby area. I knew very quickly after arriving that I would not need to go and look anywhere else. The facility is clean and accessible and is in a nice area. However, what makes this place stand out -and what prompted my review even after just purchasing my unit today (which is literally the first review I have ever taken the time to write)- was the service. The manager Patricia was great! She immediately took us to see the type of unit we were interested in, came across as very accommodating, and just generally seems like a nice and friendly person. This was shocking to me considering my previous experiences with staff at storage facilities across the US, so much so that I felt it important to write this review so anyone who needs storage looks no further than Cedar Ridge. I may update this review as time goes on (if I remember to), but I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth the process was and how generally solid this place seems. I have no concerns about storing here and with their nice location, apparent security measures, competitive pricing, accessible layout and friendly staff, I am more than satisfied so far with the value/cost of this place!
