Chase was always eager to make sure that I was satisfied with resolving any issues that arose during my lease agreement term. When any issues occurred, it was Chase, and only Chase who I’d heard from and would always give outstanding support and advice in giving the Midguard name a professional standard in representation far beyond what anyone would expect from any other brand in storage facilities. With any shortcomings I would experience, Chase would more than make up for them, and save face for the company and I would always recommend and reconsider Midguard first if ever I need to rent another unit in the future. Kudos on hiring the heart of your company’s public relations here in Denver! It would be foolish to ever lose him! Steven was also excellent in getting me resettled into a more affordable monthly rate. As I was downsizing, and in need of a smaller unit, Steven saved me time and hassle of moving, when I could use the break the most, and brought down my rate, for which I’d chosen to stay and keep my current unit. This was a huge lifesaver which helped out big time, on a vey busy weekend. So I can’t thank Steven enough!

I've had to use a lot of different storage facilities over the years, and Midgard is one of if not the best one I've worked with. They are just efficient (things like their virtual counter), friendly in-person help if needed by Miki, it's just a top-notch service in an industry where you never know what you're gonna get. The facility is always clean, including the bathroom, and it seems like they just do things the right way. They were flexible when I had to change units, and all interactions I've had with them either virtually or in person have been on point. To top it off, you literally cannot beat the access of this location if you are in the City of Denver, incredibly easy and centrally located.

I have been at Midgard for several years, and have enjoyed the more recent most since Miki and Jorge have come to town, I know Jorge is from another location but I have gotten to know both of them and they have been so incredible to work with, I am so glad Jaime has joined them to support this team, they are all doing a great job keeping the property clean and safe for all!!
