5x10 Storage Units

Here I am finally closing my storage unit. It was the cleanest, nicest, well-kept facility that I have ever used. Then to finalize my contract I had the privilege of having Donna work with me. She was extremely helpful, kind and very professional. She is definitely an asset to this company. Overall, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who was in need of a safe, clean and very professional storage company

Well let me tell ya’ll about the exceptional customer service i received today from Kristen at Midguard storage! I was in a crunch to move by the end of this month & I called explaining to her how I was overwhelmed I needed to move by October 25th & I needed a U-haul for that day! She said they were having issues with U-haul earlier that day but she would see if the system will allow her to make the reservation! Let you tell you she stayed on the phone with the kinda patience I’ve been praying for until she completed my reservation! Thanks to her to can move out of my apartment before the end of the month! If ya”ll not storing with Midguard what are you waiting for! You can store with them & schedule your U-haul there too! She had me in tears she went over and beyond my expectations!

Ok so, I had to ab abrupt move like last year and this place was SUPER helpful, I loved everything about this storage unit. Unfortunately I had to ultimately move again and I was supposed in June but I had to push it off even though I gave notice. I just signed the move out sheet with the help of jessica! I was so nervous about doing the final steps because I was supposed to do this 2 months ago and I didnt give a 30 day notice again and luckily with her help I was able to move out no problems. I appreciate the staff here very much!
