I have many good things to say about the Midgard storage facility on Prince Street in Conway AR. These storage units may cost more than some others in town, but that price gets me a clean facility with driving paths that are not filled with potholes. They save money by not needing to have live staff onsite, using instead an audio-video "virtual assistant" (VA) system that typically can connect with the customer in less than a minute. But the true bonus is the quality of the people who provide that remote-control service. I had a problem early on with setting up part of their required documentation, but a VA supervisor named Jewels capably guided me through the process and turned "problem" into "problem averted." More recently, my navigating to exit a small unit and consolidate some of its contents into a much larger unit was very competently assisted by a VA named Jessica. I give this location -- and especially the people whom one can access there -- high marks and recommend the facility to anyone in the area.
