OKAY CHASE IS AMAZING!!! (HE noted he was a vitural manager if that helps you find him- I got my storage unit in the denver area) HE MADE this whole stressful situation a peice of pie. Really like butter everything slid into place. My rate was a STEAL? I was having problems with the online sign up link for a reserved unit on the verge of tears and I was laughing by the end of the phone call. Everything was explained so clearly- I got all my codes and receipts and he even guided me through the lease on the phone explaining everything that pinged just a shred of anxiety with the most calm understanding voice providing clear and helpful instruction without rushing me or making me feel like I was just being "goofy". I needed to rent a Uhaul truck, for a one way move, but wasn't sure what size I needed, or or where to get one from. I called and spoke with Rose. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and eager to answer all my questions. After discussing all the pieces of furniture we have to move, She recommended a 15 footer, because it has a ramp. Miki is the only reason I’m leaving a 5 star review. She’s AMAZING, very helpful, goes out of her way to be kind, thoughtful and always willing to help problem solve!! For her 5-5. For the unit and company itself 1-5; my unit has been broken into once, they’ve changed their policy on locks and made me buy theirs twice, without notice. Again without notice, they indiscriminately raise rental rates and have done so numerous times since I’ve had my things stored there in the last 2 years. Their computer customer service is AWFUL, frustrating and a waste of time. Going there during business hours to ask Miki in person is the only way to get anything resolved! Again, she’s fantastic, especially considering who she works for!

The property manager at the Denver location is super nice and helpful. After some questions about pricing, Lex from customer service reached and really clarified how it works. She was very helpful and really come to my mind about any possible pricing adjustments in the future. The building is very clean, access is easy and parking is very easy. There are hand carts available for moving and the elevators work well.
