Extremely fast and easy to rent a unit. I love the fact that it comes with a lock. I don’t have to supply my own lock. Units are nice clean well kept brightly lit easy to access. Overall wonderful experience will definitely be using Midgard in the future.

Jewels and David are absolutely awesome. I was on hold with an absolutely terrible customer service person with Sparefoot (his name was Jake and he literally told me that I needed to just go ahead and “move out and find some other place”. He was actually giving me the names and addresses of competitors Luckily, David happened to call me about the reservation I had put into the system and he was so polite and informative and helpful that he completely turned my attitude about the company around. David is an absolute keeper! The next day I had to call back with a problem getting access to the gate and Jules answered. Not only did she help me resolve the gate access issue, but she actually found me a better deal on a unit because I didn’t really need air-conditioning. For a couple different reasons, it took over half an hour on the phone to get everything settled in worked out, but she was patient and detail oriented and made sure that everything was finished and perfect before finishing our call. you guys need to keep Jewels and David and promote them and you need to fire the sparefoot company and let them know that Jake is yelling at customers and actually telling them to “shut up”. So if you’re reading a Google review to see if you want to rent at this place, absolutely yes. It is clean it is well kept and the actual midguard employees are very friendly and very helpful.

I have to say, I was not happy when Midgard Storage took over a year or so ago, but today talking with their representative, Jewels, was fantastic. I didn’t want to talk to a virtual assistant, but she has changed my mind. She was so very helpful and understanding. I needed to make changes with my storage unit and she made the process a breeze. I also want to add that Chrissy, was so very helpful that day too. She was at the office and she helped me out so much. When I started moving my boxes to another unit, she brought me bottles of water and some paper towels, to help me keep dehydrated and cool. Thank you!
