I found the whole “virtual assistant” process easier than I had anticipated. My only concern (currently) is that the assistant added 24hr access to my bill (which I didn’t want) which has resulted in an overcharge. I have emailed to try to sort this out and ensure that this charge is not added the next month that I have to pay (next month should be my free month), however to date, three days after mailing, I still have not had a response to my email UPDATE While posting this review, I received a response from Midgard. They have resolved my concerns to my satisfaction. I’m now 100% happy
