This is Martin Mobley leaving this review. After renting my storage unit, it was totally unacceptable and probably accidentally missed by being cleaned. However I go back the following day expecting a hassle on Monday when someone is there . But that all changed Quickly after meeting Rosslyn working that day at the harbinger location. She not only handled the problem, but went above and beyond by even painting the concrete after cleaning the entire unit from top to bottom and scrubbing the stains on the floor. This was absolutely mind blowing. She went the total extra mile. She answered all my questions, keeping me at ease and made everything so comfortable renting my first storage unit. To top that off, I needed a small U-Haul she once again got me through this process smoothly & quickly, so everything once again went very smooth. I don’t have words to stress how great of an employee you have in Rosslyn . She should be going on a tour around the country training every one of your employees about Customer service. Overall, this facility is very well kept , clean and inviting. My only issue is the Promotional rate . I didn’t realize how much my price might go up after this. So read everything and ask all the questions. And I mentioned this to Rosslyn Who once again put me at ease and said just come see me when the 3 month promotional rate is over so I’m sure everything will work out and I totally recommend this place over any storage unit in Currituck County . I’m not one to leave reviews very often if ever . But after what this employee did i just had to. I give them 5 stars .

I can't say enough good things about Rosslyn. She is both professional while also personal and extremely helpful! One of the things I like least about Midgard is that calls from and to are often from off site customer service reps who do not know the location and specifics of the storage facility. It can be frustrating dealing with someone who does not know the "territory." Customer service, as a company is lacking. Technology has taken over and is is not a good replacement! Rosslyn knows the facility, the area..she is local. And she treats those of us who rent as neighbors. She is an asset to all, the facility and the customers served. My 5 stars are for Rosslyn, the facility would get 3 stars.
