This review is based on the service that I received from Brooke today and not the company as a whole. As a company the rates keep going up and if your auto pay is kicked back a fraudulent they do not notify you until they add the ridiculous late fees. They charge extra for entry after 10 pm and they make you pay for their locks now. Insane! Brooke is amazing though. She straightened out my two accounts and was extremely helpful. Otherwise I would have taken the time to relocate everything just based on principal. Thank you Brook for caring!
