So far, it's been a great experience! Nearly hands-free check-in and access. Simple code unlocks access gate. Simple 4-digit code unlocks padlock. There was no physical person in the mail lobby upon arrival. But I was greeted by an attendant using a remote closed-circuit TV setup. Cool! Slick and easy-peasy! Threshholds are low in the storage buildings, so rolling over them with a handtruck is very easy. I wish the building access door had a wedge to prop it open, but a heavy box will do. Storage units in Climate buildings are within an easy 12 foot walk from the door. They are clean! Building markings are a little confusing. Look first for building letter -- such as 'F'. Then look over each doorway for your unit number - such as F48. If you time your arrival correctly, the buildings provide a shaded lane to park in near your door.
