Overall, good business. While in general storage facilities can be bit predatory as far as pricing, from my experience they really try to work with you here. If you’re expecting prices to never go up - don’t look to store at any storage facility. They do offer a year locked in rate which is appreciated, and have an option for 24hr access which in my line of work is a necessity. The property manager Christian is super friendly and the site is always kept clean (not common in most other storage facilities I’ve worked with). Only complaint and it’s minor is that the turn in to the site can be a bit annoying with where the uhauls are parked but other than that this has been my favorite place to store and a go to when referring my friends and family.
