First experience with this storage facility and was a seamless process. Very easy to ask questions and get answers on the spot. Also very easy signing and finalizing paperwork for your storage unit. Also one of the few places that also does storage for vehicles that I was able to locate in the area. Would definitely recommend!

Ok I’m re evaluating my review. Brad from Midguard has gone above and beyond to address my complaints and though I’ve not taken him up on offers to move my unit it is simply because I’m settled in and don’t need to move my belongings. Offering was key though and he continued to reach out to make sure my needs were being met. I’m not fond of Midguards virtually assistant system. It’s VERY IMPERSONAL and caused me to run around looking for a unit that was 50 feet from the office. So just ask for Brad he’ll fix it. Also I’m sure with today technology these are “BUGS” in a system that will get fixed. Ask for Brad he will fix it. Additionally there are no Bugs or dirt at Midguard. It’s impeccably clean, cool and has restrooms. Just be clear you want to meet with someone on site. Perhaps Brad He will get you what you need. He should have franchise opportunities because. Brad can fix it. Thanks I’ll stay now

Online sign up went great! Received several email and text on codes for door/gate and for lock. I wasn't sure where to go for my unit. Went to office in Murrells Inlet, no one physically there but over intercom was immediately told someone would be with me virtually. Few seconds later, a very pleasant woman came on the screen to assist me. She was very helpful and patient. Showed me a map as to where my unit was.

I only had my unit for a short time. From the time I signed up everything went smoothly! It was one of cleanest places I have ever rented from and the staffing was excellent. I went to turn my lock in and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jessica. She was awesome, very friendly , professional and helped in every step of the closing out of my unit!
