It was an easy process from start to finish with the help of property manager “Carrie” and “ Leslie Ann “ from the Tele/online services. Carrie helped my wife and I select the best unit for us. She was a big help, patient, friendly and kind. She got the unit ready for us to start using right away. Leslie Ann was very professional and helpful with all the paperwork and payment setup. We had a good experience in renting our unit. Now comes the not so fun part of hauling all our stuff there, lol.

Man, I couldn’t be happier with Midgard Storage right now! I’ve dealt with a ton of storage places over the years, some for work and some personal, and this one’s seriously standing out. It’s super close to my house, which is why I kept eyeing it for my RV. I’d swung by a few times before but they were always full for the size I needed. . Finally got lucky the other day and snagged a spot. The whole signup thing was awesome. They have this cool virtual kiosk in the office. I talked to Laidy first and she hooked me up with a killer rate that’s locked in for a whole year, no increases! That’s huge because so many places pull that bait and switch crap, hiking your rent every couple months. I just ditched Public Storage where I started at like $75 and they had me up to $136 in no time. I was done with that nonsense. She gave me a temp code to go pick my spot, then when I came back Chris saw the note from Laidy, pulled it all up, and got me set up super fast. Oh, and the 24 hour access? Total game changer. At the old place the gates locked at night and I legit got trapped inside once. Had to sleep in my RV there till morning. Crazy, right? Everything’s been smooth so far, I’m stoked. Big thanks to Laidy and Chris, you guys rock! Midgard’s got me as a customer for good.
