I wanted to say that I had some problems at the Cashiers MidGard Site and the manager Brian Markheim contacted me in order to resolve the problem. I appreciated him contacting me regarding the problem. It indicated to me that customer service and satisfaction is part of the MidGard goal. A good place to consider for storage and UHaul rentals.

You would think that most storage units all the same but this is not true they all do not have Kirsten working the front desk someone that can be pleasant and accommodating because everyday and every situation is different you want to make sure you get a storage facility that has someone awesome at the front desk who can be accommodating and adjustable to every situation if you are looking for a U-Haul truck are looking for storage moving is stressful and you want to have someone pleasant pleasant on your side you will not be disappointed with this U-Haul Storage dealership I will be telling all my friends and family how much respect they have given me and my family in this stressful time grateful grateful

Alex and Amanda’s exceedingly high levels of Customer service and professionalism made a trying experience feel much better! Would highly recommend and definitely use again in the future.

Alex here was amazing. Our team had a bunch of back and forth, and he was helpful the entire time. Even after renting the U-Haul, we needed it longer than expected, and he was able to accommodate our needs.
