I spoke with Laidi who was extremely helpful and nice. I had received a rate increase but for whatever reason ai hadn't received the email that was sent. She gave me some tips to help ensure I would get any future emails. I am a very good customer. I have never been late on a payment and in fact usually pay about 5 or so days before the due date. Because of that and because Laidi was so nice and worked with me, I was given a significant reduction and it was locked in for a year. Definitely 5 Stars for her!
