The staff takes such great care of their customers.! Recently, my phone fell out of my car while I was there. Before I even realized it was lost, I got a call from Allen that he had found it. He had to do some serious detective work to find out who it belonged to. But, he made the extra effort, and even met me half way to return it. The facility is always clean and well kept, with competitive pricing. Such a great value!

I cant say enough good things about this location.
I cant say enough good things about this location. I stored my wave runner here and now my boat. The location to the boat ramp at Lake Wylie is perfect. The area also has everything you need. Amanda and Buck were both extremely helpful with this process as well. This location also has water hook ups available for flushing and rinsing boats along with power if needed. The place seems to be really up scale and does not feel like a storage rental facility.

Awesome facility and great price. But the best was Buck who worked through his lunch and had me set up in a NY minute !! Buck was courteous and knowledgeable about the facility.
