But when in town we will use her storage facility bc she is so good at what she does!!! She makes you feel so at home here in Alabama. Sure does make me want to stay all year round.

It Was wonderful got everything I needed.

Staff is very responsive. Grounds are well maintained and security is good. Have never had a problem in my years of renting there and would recommend Midgard to those needing storage space.

Nicole was great to work with. My only complaint would be the addition charges that are mandated by Midgard. The first example is 9.95 mandatory rental insurance. If you bring your homeowners declaration page you can avoid this fee. Another fee that I didn’t notice until my email confirmation was a 9.95 fee for 24 hour access. What? I just assumed 24 hour access. After all it is surrounded by a fence and has a gate that opens with a keypad. No one is required to be there, however, I like the fact that an employee has a small apartment on the property and seems to provide an additional layer of security.

Nicole and Tabitha were great!! They provided excellent detailed service. Their efforts made the experience better for sure. The facility is also new and very well maintained. The only issue I have is the access and exit pad. You have to exit your vehicle to punch the code in. They need to extend the punch pad so you can stay in your vehicle. When your in a hurry, and especially during a move, getting out and in the vehicle is so annoying. You can also see where everyone has hit the concrete curb trying to reach the pad.
