It is a great facility with kind and helpful staff from the receivers of my call who confirmed my reservation of the unit I am currently renting, to the people in the physical office who are kind, courteous and helpful as well with the products and services they provide. Great quality climate controlled units with 24 hour access to the units.I am currently renting a climate controlled outdoor 5x10x10 unit and could not be more satisfied with my overall experience thus far. Would 100% recommend this place to the whole world. 🔥🔥

Jess was fabulous to work with!!. she was professional, kind, always had a smile! she helped me figure out which storage unit I needed ace a uhaul.. Great costumer service, great personality, a very courteous person! she is a rare find and this company is lucky to have her! she cares about her customers and it shows! I definitely recommend this place and to contact Jess with your storage unit needs as well as moving with uhaul! Friendly service, great prices, go to Midgard and talk to Jess!

I called, explained the urgency of my situation and without hesitation, the young man said to come on down we'll find something for you. I was just down the road so I immediately went there and wurhin minutes Mt mind was put at ease. I got the unit I needed 24hr access, insured and new acquaintances. He showed me the different options on the lot, helped me plan drop off and pick up in Key West and the return to Midgard. Chat and Henry thank you so much!!!they were amazing a really true heroes for me, they went out of there way to help me the day I rent a truck to help my son to move from his apartment, I accidentally lock the key 🔑 inside the truck and they Got opened when I was on the phone with AAA. 😃
