We were treated very nice! The transition was very quick & easy! We got a unit close to entrance without having to use elevator! The unit is very new& clean. I do recommend!

Needed a storage unit quickly. Called Midguard talked to Elizabeth she was the best. She recommended a unit to fit my needs. When we arrived she had some dollys to help with our move. Unit was clean and climate controlled. Even had bottled water for us. Midguard definitely Five STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family was in the process of renovating and we found that although we had some ,"junk" we had simply too much memorbelia and keepsakes for grandchildren. I searched the internet and visited three (3) other storage facilities. I was skeptical of the prices here but upon my on site visit, came away with a unit that totally met my needs and the price was HALF of the other competitors. The staff was super and very helpful. They even told me I didn't need the size of unit I was looking for! How often does a business go out of their way to save you money? Needless to say,I'm VERY satisfied with my decision.

Terrific staff and the new facility with easy entry and 24x7 access is terrific. Staff took care of my self storage needs getting me the right sized unit out of a variety of sizes the offer both climate and non climate. Terrific people and a first class growing sel storage facility. I highly recommend them. They do care.

Got a new storage unit today, everyone was very friendly and helpful. And everything was clean. I had a little trouble finding the place its actually right next to the artisans gallery and close to the Akers discount golf in murrells inlet rather than right next to food lion which is what Google maps says. I called about 2 times for directions and everyone was so nice and helpful and made the whole process today very easy. Im very happy with the service and storage unit that I got today. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a storage unit. The prices for the units aren't bad at all either

Elizabeth was the rep who answered my call. She was professional from the start. She fully explained their policy, pricing and space availability that would meet our need.
