Got a great deal on an 8 x 10‘ storage unit, one of the guys helped me load what I needed to into the storage unit really fast really easy very professional. Because loading what I needed to in the storage unit was difficult I tried to tip the guy $20, he wouldn’t take it.

Service is always reliable, nice, and customer oriented. It’s the best one in key west no doubt. Temp controlled, max security, cheap insurance, and clean as heck. Chandler, Tim and Alex are always helpful and professional making anything I need a no hassle experience. Other places in the keys don’t care, are just as expensive, and aren’t going to even remotely protect your belongings if a hurricane was to roll through. Overall the nicest storage with the nicest people in the lower keys. It’s a little pricey but you get the peace of mind and quality you pay for.

What a life saver Chandler who is handling the front desk took super good care of me and I'll be moving my stuff out so I can move it in I'm gonna clean out in clear it up and have a climate controlled storage is crucial to making my life a heck of a lot more manageable thanks so much Chandler and I hope your puppies doing well

Chandler and Tim were SO great helping me get my unit set up for the month. The service was fast and efficient and they were so kind and friendly. The unit was exactly what I needed. Perfect size, clean, temp controlled, in doors, and easily accessible. They have large elevators and carts to assist you with move in and move out. I wouldn’t recommend storing your personal treasured belongings anywhere else! Oh and they also have Uhauls so everything you need to move is literally all in one spot including boxes packing tape and locks!

I would strongly recommend. Tom in the office is amazing help! Clean and secure. Worth the cost - we end up renting two units from them an and UHAL and the process was wonderful.
