Miki at the Gypsum location is an excellent example of customer service. I've been in hospitality for over 20 years and have to say...Miki is thorough, detail oriented and super helpful. She goes above and beyond. The rates are great, the area secure, and the guest service is to the point. I definitely recommend this place.

I shopped around and contacted 7 different storage facilities in the Roaring Fork Valley, and Friendly had the best rates, by far, and also available units in very small sizes, as well as the more traditional sizes. I also loved being able to check their availability and rates, and secure the unit right from their website, without having to "talk" to a rep, so when you need something fast, like I did, you don't need to wait around for return phone calls (2 of the places I contacted never returned my call or email.) I also needed a U-Haul truck, which Friendly Self Storage also has right on their lot for rent. When I arrived for my reservation, I was greeted and assisted by two competent and friendly employees. The entire process of reserving and checking in for my rental and storage unit was completely uneventful. I will no longer be shopping around when in need of either of these services again. Friendly has my business!

Really helpful and friendly staff helped me get UHaul back to the right place. The place is spacious, clean, safe in a convenient area of town. Offering first month of rent free really helps my transition. Love that place.

Best prices in town, what you get for your money is worth it 100%. The people truly are friendly and they have anything you could need at a decent price up front to, to help with moving. I appreciate when Im not being taken advantage of so this was an easy choice.
