After shopping a few businesses we chose Midgard Self Storage! Kelli and Brandon have been so professional yet personable. They do a fantastic job running this facility as a team. The site is ALWAYS clean and most importantly it is SECURE. they have top notch camera surveillance system. The staff truly provides 'above and beyond' customer service!!

Brandon Brothers did an excellent job helping me decide on a storage unit and explaining the process. He made sure the unit was cleaned out, secured, and ready for use prior to my arrival. Well done.

For the short period I was a customer, Brandon Brothers made the transitions extremely simple. I was expecting the process to take days but no more than 30 mins of my time was taken I moved my items in after I left work the same day. My dad was an original client which is how I knew about their services. Brandon deserves recognition on a placard for his excellence.

Rented a Uhaul from them they are truly caring and professional, . The truck was clean check out, and check in was very quick will definitely use them again!!!

Customer service is an understatement. The ladies make you feel like family and try to help every way possible. I was stressed trying to move with two kids while pregnant and even tho I didn't need the storage, the experience in general was amazing!! Thank y'all so much!!

They provide very friendly but professional customer service. Storage units are clean and the property is maintained very well.
