Had a great experience renting a storage unit at Clover Basin Self-Storage. Christian was very helpful and walked me through my best option for my specific situation. It’s clean, secure, has good hours, and friendly + helpful staff. Also the rates are much better than most places in the Boulder/Longmont area.

Top-notch customer service! Especially from Lance who overdelivers and always keeps his word. Love his southern manners too! I'd never store anywhere else honestly and I've been going here for years- safe and clean. Worth every penny.

I've found that renting a unit was made easier than I thought. The people are nice and helpful as they showed me various sizes which made my decision easier.

I did not have my lock installed properly. They notified of same. I asked them how they knew. They said we checked all the locks 3 times day. He refused my $20 bill.😃👍👌

Usually don't give reviews but the staff here really showed their true colors. I came in to rent a uhaul, ended up renting both a unit and a uhaul. Right when I walked in, lance and chris were standing up with their masks on eager to greet me and asked how they could assist me. I explained what I would be needing to move and they knew exactly what I would need and asked if I needed any moving supplies or a lock to put on my new unit. Lance explained what the meaning behind the sticker on the lock and Chris walked down and showed me where my unit was located. Great team here. Definitely happy I found a place that has everything I needed for my move! Keep up the good work guys!

Lance at Clover Basin Self Storage is the greatest. Went in to buy some moving supplies and upon entering the store Lance was standing behind the counter wearing his mask and greeted me as soon as I walked into the doorway and asked, “ How can I help you and what will you be storing with us.” I told Lance was looking for moving supplies and he replied no problem we have anything and everything you may need. He then proceeded to come from behind the counter to show me merchandise and items needed for moving, Lance was quick to mention Uhaul rental trucks and trailers that he has to also help accommodate my move and that if I need storage to store or stage things from my house he had the space for me. Told Lance not sure about needing a storage unit yet and he replied that if not needed now that he was here whenever I needed a space and that all I had to do was call. Lance was very refreshing and helpful to my needs without me even having to ask, it is so nice to see a person care about the customer as well as his business, totally will be calling Lance if and when I need storage. Keep up the amazing customer service Lance.

everyone here is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. I went with my mom to get a storage unit, but we were unsure which size we needed since it was going to be all of our belongings while we move to our new house. Lance and Christian were extremely helpful, they showed us the different unit sizes to give us a better idea of what we would need. We've used other places like public storage, but the service here has phenomenal. If you are looking for a storage facility that knows what they're doing, this is the place!

Lance the manager at Clover Basin Self Storage has to be the example for how a business in this day and age is done. Lance’s store has to be the cleanest and nicest storage places I have ever come across and that’s saying a lot, I am in the military and fixing to PCS to Colorado and have called this location several times and have stopped by while was in Colorado to ask questions and Lance is always so nice and professional to speak with and is very knowledgeable about his business and his competitors around him. Lance has such a nice southern accent you can tell he not from Colorado, which was a little bit surprising with all he knew about the area. Lance was quick to inform me what separates him from the competition, the fact he is a one stop shop for all moving and storage needs was great made me feel I’m talking to the right guy and company for my move here soon to Colorado. Lance please keep up with the great attitude and atmosphere you provide at your store it is very refreshing and kudos for wearing your mask to protect your customers. Looking forward to moving to Colorado and storing at such a clean and well maintained place. Thank you Lance for always taking the time to treat me as if I’m the number one priority.

Just wanna give a HUGEEE shoutout to Lance and Christian , I was having troubles at my original storage place over charging for storage and they got me a wayyy better payment plan on a unit here!! No more over paying for a storage unit! Thank you once again Lance and Christian. You definitely meet my needs in a person centered way and not to mention your office space was impeccable from the last storage place I was renting from . Your standards are AMAZING! Thanks for helping me out and getting me the storage I needed without the hassle! Lance and Christian are the guys to go to for any storage needs!

The folks that work here have been great. Super helpful in answering all my questions and helping when I could t get the door opened. The area is kept clean and safe with the locked gate. Highly recommend.
